Manufactured from specially formulated 420 (2Cr13) stainless steel, the rotors exhibit excellent corrosion-resistance, superior high-temperature durability, and exceptional temp-cycle hardness stability. High strength stainless steel couplers smoothly transfer torque from brake disc to wheel hub.

Pre-loaded compression washers maintain precise, positive rotor and carrier alignment - minimizing chatter and vibration often found in low quality floating rotor designs. Aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum carrier is far stronger than 6061-T6 aluminum found in competitive rotors hardness stability. CNC cut slotted design improves rotor cooling and significantly reduces weight for improved acceleration, braking and high-speed steering performance. Corrosion-resistant 420 (2Cr13) stainless steel is heat-treated and hardened to retain toughness (fracture-resistance) and hardness (wear-resistance) through repeated high temperature braking cycles. Made to OEM specifications ensures accurate OEM fitment and easy installation including correct rotor offset depth, center bore diameter and bolt-hole specifications.
